Items purchased starting 11/1/2017 can be returned through 1/31/2018 with a receipt. Return in store or via mail. It’s that easy!
If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date to a store near you or by mail. All items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returns made past 30 days of the ship date, without a packing slip or shipping confirmation email will be issued a merchandise credit instead of a refund.
CharlotteRusse.com does not accept returns on jewelry, electronic gift cards, physical gift cards, swim, intimates, fragrance, nail polish, opened beauty products, and anything noted as final sale.
Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status and ensure credit has been issued. If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so at your nearest store.
Bridesmaid collection dresses are eligible for free return shipping and can only be returned by mail.
Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival should only be returned to the warehouse. The return fee will be waived for these items.

PayPal and PayPal Credit purchases will be issued to any credit/debit card provided the name on the proof of purchase matches that on the card.

Pack item(s)―tags attached―along with your completed packing slip return form.
If you can't send the packing slip print your shipping confirmation e-mail or include your order number, billing name & address, and return reason on a piece of paper with your return.
Stick the pre-paid return label on the front of your package.* We'll deduct $6.99 from your return credit to cover return shipping costs. Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing.
Make a note of the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status and ensure credit has been issued.
Drop off package at any USPS or FedEx location. We recommend USPS.**
* Excluding Canada. Canada returns must be pre-paid via Canada Post. No COD accepted.
** Guam, VI, Puerto Rico, and Military APO/FPO addresses must use USPS only.
If you no longer have your packing slip, send your package to the address below (we recommend that you get tracking for your return). Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- Shipping & Handling/Gift Wrap fees are non-refundable, unless the item itself is damaged or defective. To get these fees refunded, you MUST send your item back by MAIL.
Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing and 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card. Your refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
